New package improves office productivity by saving time when replying to common emails

OTTAWA, Canada, May 7, 2007 - Slateboard Software Inc., a developer of consumer and business software applications, today announced the release of FirstResponse Email Reply Management System. FirstResponse is designed to increase business productivity by reducing the time spent in responding to common email queries that many businesses receive repeatedly. "Rather than type the same response over and over, FirstResponse allows you to grab a template response that you have previously saved and paste it into your reply," explained Robert Kennedy, President and CEO of Slateboard Software. "You can then modify that reply as needed, saving a tremendous amount of time." By using FirstResponse, a business can not only save time and money, but ensure that the correct, consistent response is sent.

"We are very excited about this new application," said Robert Kennedy, President and CEO of Slateboard Software. "We are using it in-house ourselves and have found it to be tremendously useful. Not only is time saved, but by sending a consistent message you no longer have to worry about typos or incorrect information."

FirstResponse is $99.95 for the first user. Multi-user packs, that allow staff to share their responses in a common database are also available.
